Stability is the fundamental cornerstone of modular houses. We adopt 120 X 200 rectangular steel tubes to construct the integral floor frame and connectingcolumns. Featuring tough material and strong load-bearing capacity, thesecomponents deliver solid support at every key position. Galvanized floor slabs arelaid in the middle of the frame for moisture and corrosion resistance. On top of theslabs, 600KG/m3 foamed concrete is poured for leveling, with uniform texture andsufficient hardness. Whether followed by floor tiles, wooden flooring or SPC clickflooring, the surface remains firm and flat without hollowing, fundamentallyensuring a comfortable living experience.

The roof serves as the first line of defense against wind and rain. We use 120X200rectangular steel tubes as main roof beams, paired with 60X 120 rectangular steeltubes for sloped roof purlins. The robust structure provides excellent wind andpressure resistance to withstand extreme weather. Bearing boards are installed onthe sloped roof, followed by high-efficiency polyurethane insulation spraying torealize constant temperature and thermal insulation, keeping the interior warm inwinter and cool in summer. Oriented strand boards (OSB) are laid as the baselayer, with asphalt shingles, stone-coated metal tiles or resin tiles as the finalsurface finish, delivering outstanding waterproof performance, wear resistance and aesthetic appeal.

Walls define the spatial character of modular buildings. Cement compositeboards are adopted as the core wall materials, enabling simple and rapid installa-tion and greatly shortening the construction period. Meanwhile, they offersuperior thermal insulation to isolate external cold and heat and maintain apleasant indoor temperature. A variety of exterior wall options are available,including waterproof coating, stone-coated metal carved panels and soft ceramictiles, which effectively resist weather erosion and create personalized facadedesigns. Interior walls can be finished with wood veneers, latex paint,bamboo-wood fiber boards and more, easily adapting to minimalist, retro,forest-style and other aesthetics to create your ideal living space.With the advantages of flexible adaptability and rapid assembly, modular housesmeet diverse scenario demands.
